Please do not send your item back without contacting us first.

4. Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect.

We recommend using a trackable shipping service because Zavrore is not responsible for lost return packages.

Original shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error on our part.

5. Refunds

Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you by email whether your refund has been approved or denied.

If approved, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method.

Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear on your account, depending on your bank or payment provider.

6. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

8. Order Cancellations

Orders may only be canceled before they are processed or shipped.

If your order has already been processed, packed, or shipped, we may not be able to cancel it. In that case, you may request a return after the item is delivered.

9. Lost or Missing Packages

If your tracking shows that your package was delivered but you did not receive it, please check with neighbors, household members, your local carrier, or your delivery location first.
